Privacy Policy
Key points
- We collect only what we need to run your account, process your images and take payments.
- Your images and prompts are processed to produce results and are not stored on our servers afterwards. Your workspace history stays in your own browser.
- Some processing is done by service providers in the United States, mainland China and other countries.
- We do not sell your personal information, show ads or use tracking or analytics cookies.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at support@wtstudio.top.
1. Who we are
AlphaCut Studio (the "Service") is operated by yiming he, 深圳市南山区 (Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China) ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at support@wtstudio.top.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Information we collect
Account information
- Your email address, and a display name that is either taken from your Google profile or from the part of your email address before the @.
- If you sign in with Google: the name, email address and profile picture link that Google shares with us.
- Your plan, credit balance, sign-up date and last sign-in time.
- One-time login codes, which expire after 5 minutes, and sign-in session tokens, which stay valid until you sign out.
Images, prompts and results
- The images you upload, the text prompts you enter and the images the Service returns. Image files are sent as they are, including any embedded metadata such as camera details or location; we do not use that metadata.
- We process this content to produce your results. We do not keep it on our servers after processing, apart from short-lived copies held in memory on processing servers to speed up repeated work on the same image. These are discarded automatically.
- Your workspace history, including originals, results and recent prompts, is stored only in your browser on your device. You can clear it from the Assets panel or your browser settings. Signing out does not clear it.
Payment information
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, collects your payment details at checkout. We never receive your full card number. Paddle sends us transaction and subscription details, such as your email address, plan, amounts, dates, billing country and postal code, and the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date of your card. We keep these records to manage your subscription and for accounting.
Technical information
- Your IP address, which we use to limit repeated login-code requests. These records are short-lived and are deleted regularly.
- Server logs, which record events such as sending a login code to an email address, payment notifications and errors. Our hosting providers also keep their own short-term logs, which may include IP addresses.
Information stored in your browser
We do not use cookies. We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your language, theme and studio preferences, including your most recent prompt. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and sign you in. This is necessary to provide the Service under our contract with you.
- To process your images and prompts and return results. This is necessary to provide the Service.
- To manage plans, credits, payments and refunds, together with Paddle. This is necessary to provide the Service and to meet our legal obligations, such as accounting and tax.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, for example by limiting repeated requests and enforcing our acceptable use rules. This is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the Service and its users.
- To send you login codes and important messages about your account or changes to our terms. We do not send marketing emails.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not use your images, prompts or results to train AI models, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Automated safety filters may block individual requests.
